Hapuku Lodge + Tree Houses was designed to give guests a great night’s sleep in Kaikoura, one of the world's most beautiful places. The Lodge was designed by our family of architects, complimenting the spectacular environment. Lodge accommodation consists of four spacious luxury Lodge Suites, five unique Tree Houses and our 3 bedroom Olive House. All rooms feature custom-crafted furnishings and views of mountains and/or Pacific Ocean. Dining showcases fresh flavours of local and organic produce, including our home grown vegetables and herbs. Just 10 minutes north of Kaikoura, the lodge is on a deer stud and olive grove, providing a uniquely New Zealand experience for discerning travellers.

- Adult (off-peak season): $1,275.00 - $6,095.00
- Adult (peak season): $1,725.00 - $7,095.00
Conditions
Room rates include a three course dinner and a la carte breakfast. Rates are per room per night, based on double occupancy, except the two-bedroom TreeHouse rate is based on up to four guests and the 3 Bedroom Olive house up to six guests.
Hapuku Lodge has a no smoking policy throughout the interior of the Lodge, Suites, Tree Houses and Olive House . Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Hapuku Lodge.
Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival are cancelled free of charge. Cancellations within 16 - 30 days of arrival will incur a 35% fee; cancellations within 8 - 15 days of arrival will incur a 50% fee and cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% fee.
For group bookings (groups of 4 or more rooms) the free cancellation period ends 60 days prior to arrival.
