Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for our Flexible Rates is 24 hours. All cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance, any cancellations made within 24 hours would be charged 1st night + taxes.
For the bookings made on Prepay Rate plans, no refund is provided if cancelled at any time.
