Canopy Camping Escapes | Wild Cattle Hill

Wild Cattle Hill is located in Pigeon Bay on Banks Peninsula, 1-hour and 20 minutes from Christchurch and 30 minutes from Akaroa.

Quaint and cosy, the self-contained cottage has a king-size bed, lounge area, full kitchen (with a dishwasher) and an indoor bathroom. Outside on a sheltered deck is a BBQ, outdoor seating, lounge chairs and hot tub. Two opposing decks on either side of the cottage provide two different outlooks. One, the gleaming blue ocean overlooking spectacular Pigeon Bay, and the other, farmland and lush native bush. You may also catch sight of the friendly neighbourhood wood pigeons, fantails and occasional swamp harrier (hawk) soaring amongst the trees. Wild Cattle Hill is a place to slow down and relax.
