All of our units are equipped with air conditioning/heat pumps, and are double glazed for noise reduction and comfort. We provide Sky TV (Sport 1, 2, 3 and Movies Greats & Premier - plus a couple of others). We have recently installed Ultra-Fast fibre Broadband and this is provided free of charge – with no limit on data used.
Great Location. We are only a 5 minute walk from the popular Bay Hill area that boasts several great restaurants and cafes. Caroline Bay and the walkways are also just a short walk away.
For added security we have recently installed CCTV cameras to the car-park and internal hallway areas.
Free on-site car-parking is provided.
At the Bay Viaduct we provide ultra clean facilities and very friendly hospitality.

General Bookings- 48-hour cancellation policy applies except for bookings held longer than 30 days.
Bookings cancelled within the 48 hours prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of one nights accommodation charged to the credit card nominated at the time of booking.
Bookings held for more than 30 days - we reserve the right to charge a minimum of 1 nights accommodation which will be charged to the credit card nominated at the time of booking if the booking is canceled
