We pride ourselves on a high degree of cleanliness to ensure you a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we are in an excellent Riccarton Road location. We offer luxurious, modern, large and spacious studio, one and two bedroom units (some have spa baths). All units have kitchen facilities, free WIFI, 42″ LCD TV’s with 50+ SKY Channels including sports and movie channels. Our units are double glazed for your comfort, and all have heat pumps/air con. Generous onsite parking and cooked and continental breakfasts available. A 2 mins walk to Bush Inn Shopping Centre, 2 Supermarkets, restaurants & takeaways. 2 mins drive to Westfield Shopping Mall, 5 mins drive to Horncastle Arena, Addington & Riccarton Raceways, Rugby Stadium/train station.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of bookings is required at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival time.
If cancellation occurs within the 48 hour time frame or you fail to arrive for your booking then a fee of one nights tariff will be charged to the Credit Card provided. Reservations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival and then cancelled will be charged one night's tariff.
For Group bookings (3 or more units) this is extended to 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
