Yes it is – we use Shopify. Look for the SSL security padlock at the top of the page.
Standard courier and rural delivery within New Zealand $10.
Orders will be processed within 5 working days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return please contact us at marketing@christchurchnz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package - at the buyer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. Please email us asap at marketing@christchurchnz.com and let us know the issue. We may ask for photos. Then return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.
If you've received something you haven't ordered, please email us at marketing@christchurchnz.com and let us know. We will likely ask you to send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it arrives to us.
Do ask for proof of postage - we may need to see this at a later date. If you still want the item and it's still in stock, please order it through our website as normal.
Your delivery charge will be refunded if your order was faulty or incorrect.
