With its elongated and inviting open spaced design, there's plenty of room for you to stop, take a breath, and a much needed gulp of Allpress Espresso. A jungle of greenery hanging from the ceiling and sprouting from pots at every step is complemented by arms of industrial lighting poking from the walls, scandi-style dining sets and contemporary art.

Immersed in the soul of Christchurch’s business hub, you’ll find top dogs caffeinating while planning the week ahead or work buddies convening for an urgent out of office ‘meeting’ (agenda item number one: their city famous cheese scone). Westend Stories also offers an alternative to the usual boardroom gathering, with a private room tucked tidily in the corner for your convenience But don’t let the suit and tie brigade deter you – you needn’t have a certain job title to feel at home here.

An array of fresh baking, including gluten free friands and chocolate brownies, as well as gooey salted caramel slice and their popular vegan and gluten free Belgium biscuits, are tantalising options to grab on the go. Nourishing and colourful salads, and gourmet house-made sandwiches will liven up your lunchtime. Their freshly squeezed cold pressed juices are the perfect sidekick for a spot of courtyard sun.

Lunch is perfectly laid-back with a good splash of sophistication. Napoli style pizza on daily house-made dough and whole rotisserie chicken are just a couple of stellar midday choices, with a range of local and wine and beer always at the ready
