If you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival or less you will be charged the first night of the accommodation amount. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your expected arrival will not receive a refund of deposit. Any cancellation for bookings falling upon the Christmas Period (20th December - 10th January inclusive) and Public Holiday Weekends (Waitangi, Easter, Queens Birthday Weekend, Labour and Canterbury Anniversary weekends).
