Nestled amongst the surrounding mountains our exclusive lake, Lake Letitia gives an unparalleled backdrop with countless recreation options.
We understand the importance of great food and dining experiences that bring people together. Our Cookshop is where our hospitality and cuisine come together. We believe in providing nourishing food; where possible, seasonal fruit and vegetables will be harvested from our extensive orchard and no-dig gardens. Our resident cook can cater meals, or else guests can self-cater.
Surrounded by the Southern Alps and perched above alpine rivers, our new backcountry huts are peaceful, comfortable retreats offering an unparalleled experience. Opportunities exist for mountain biking and walking on our exclusive trails. These remote huts also result in some unmatched night sky experiences.
