Flavours Vineyard Café is located on a boutique vineyard to the
west of Christchurch; around 25 minutes drive from city
centre. Situated right on the main road between Christchurch
and the West Coast (SH73), we are incredibly easy to find.
Whether you chose to sit inside or make use of our garden, the
atmosphere is one of relaxed ease. There is no hurry, as
Flavours is a place to savour the good things in life: fresh
coffee, delicious wine and tasty food shared with friends and
family.
We are a country vineyard café - no pretensions, just good food
and wine in a relaxing atmosphere
If you head west along State Highway 73, about 3km beyond West
Melton Township, you will see a red roof barn, surrounded by an
expanse of green fields, backing neatly into a vineyard.
Dotted alongside the barn are several barbeque tables sheltered by
pergolas or shaded by umbrellas. Out the front is a sizeable
parking area with full wheelchair access.
You have just found your way to Flavours Vineyard Café.
Situated right on the main West Coast Road, we are both a
convenient stopping place if travelling and a destination in our
own right.
When you step through our wooden double doors, into our high
barn roof with its exposed metal framework, you know that you're
out in the country. Whether you chose to sit inside or in the
garden, the views of the vineyard and surrounding countryside are
the perfect accompaniment to your Flavours experience.

From Christchurch city centre, head west through Riccarton on to the West Coast Road (SH 73). Go through Yaldhurst and West Melton. Flavours Vineyard Café is located on the left approx 3km beyond West Melton. Entry is off Sandy Knolls Road.

Style of Food
Our food is simply made for sharing. A mouth watering range of platters, pizzas and salads are on offer. Where possible, we source ingredients from the Canterbury region, supporting local industry and giving visitors the opportunity to try some of the local products.
We have a range of Canterbury wine on sale which gives a great opportunity to taste some of the outstanding wines produced in the region. And if beer is more to you taste, our fridges hold a selection from a Christchurch micro-brewery, chilled and ready to pour.
