Welcome to Akaroa, one of the world's most beautiful places. Let us take you on a journey of discovery through millions of years of fascinating history and natural heritage. Your hosts Pip and Hugh Waghorn, Georgie and Craig Rhodes and crew look forward to hosting you for the cruise of a lifetime around Akaroa Harbour.

Our stylish twin-hulled vessel, Into the Blue, offers guests a more personal and intimate nature cruise experience. You'll visit spectacular sea caves, volcanic formations, high cliffs and bird nesting sites. You'll see New Zealand dolphins, the Hector's - the world's rarest and smallest dolphins as well as seals, penguins and a myriad of sea birds, conditions permitting.

From the comprehensive commentary you'll learn fascinating apsects of the area's geology, ecology, Maori and colonial heritage. Complimentary wine, refreshments and fresh home-baking are served on board. Scheduled cruises operate daily and evening cruises and private charters for up to 50 people are also available by arrangement.
