Hanmer Springs Day Tour
This day trip to Hanmer Springs includes lunch at the superb
Braemar Lodge, or at the Garden Café in the thermal pools complex
if your group has less than six people. Take the time
to soak in the thermal pools in Hanmer village, explore the
village, or enjoy the thrill of a jet boat ride or bungy jump as an
added extra if you are feeling adventurous. After this
activity, chill out with a wine tasting at one of the Waipara
wineries on the return trip.
We will collect you from the Lyttelton i-Site at 8.30am and
return you there by 5pm.
The option to jet boat or bungy is available for those
individuals who want the adrenalin rush. This needs to
be arranged when you book the tour as it will require readjustment
of your time for the thermal pools and lunch.
The winery will be either The Mud House or Pegasus Bay,
depending on the day.
There is some flexibility for individuals to set their own
activities and we will endeavour to accommodate all requests while
adhering to the basic timetable.
This is an opportunity to enjoy the changing landscape as you
travel from the coast along the inland highway towards the Southern
Alps where the picturesque Hanmer Springs thermal village is
located.
