Hanmer Backpackers & Shuttles provides a shuttle between
Christchurch and Hanmer Springs. We have two departures per day in
both directions. Please check our website for current timetables
and further information. Our competitive fares are a flat $25 per
person one way. Christchurch International Airport pick up or drop
offs incur a $5 surcharge. No minimum passengers required and you
are also not required to stay at our hostel to use this service.
Pick ups and drop offs are also possible at intermediate stops like
Amberley, Waipara, Waikari Culverden and places in between on
request.
Three times per week we travel from Hanmer Springs to Kaikoura
(Monday, Wednesday and Friday only), leaving Hanmer Springs at
14:00 and leaving Kaikoura at 16:30. $25 per person one way. We
travel via Rotherham and Waiau and on request via Mt Lyford,
otherwise via the Leader Road.
