Give back to the community you are in, and your gifts to speakers, delegates and VIP’s can relate to your event’s purpose.

If you aren’t already, go paperless. Use your registration software to send e-invites and confirmations, invoices, receipts, and communications to delegates.
No handbook, workbook or printed programme is required. Your conference app provides all the information your delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors need - participants can download specific information that they require.
Use electronic signage for seating plans, programme updates and to profile sponsors.
