"I caught the 8.52am Sat 12 Nov 2016 # 29 bus to the airport from the interchange. Found the driver Steve to be very good at his job - he chatted to all the passengers as they came on board, interacted with them in a friendly manner, supplied useful travel information and was an excellent ambassador for the bus organisation. Considering the number of tourists on the bus he was a great advertisement for Christchurch. Having had a few weird experiences on buses around the world it was good to see a balanced, informed and polite driver."
