Why we love the Curator’s House
Located on the edge of the Botanic Gardens, the Curator’s House has one incredible outlook – and produce used in some of the restaurant’s dishes even comes straight from its own edible garden! With outdoor tables and umbrellas, it’s a picture-perfect spot to spend an afternoon or evening (especially in summer).
The signature dish is the paella - calasparra rice, saffron from La Mancha, seafood including Cloudy Bay clams and chicken. YUM! Or if you are not into seafood, try the ‘cordero asado’ – slow roasted spring lamb shoulder.
