Garden City SummerTimes
Garden City SummerTimes is a diverse Summer-long festival of
music, arts, culture and sporting events across the city, catering
to all ages.
Key events during the Festival months are Anthony Harper Lawyers
New Years Eve in Cathedral Square, ASB Classical Sparks, Teddy
Bears Picnic, Anthony Harper Lawyers Summer Theatre, Lazy Weekends,
Tip Top Kite Day, Sunday Bandstand and Farewell to the Godwits, all
delivered by the Christchurch City Council Events Production Team.
Popular community events like Culture Galore, the Global Football
Festival, Linwood Youth Festival (LYFE), SkateJam and Beach Blast
are just some of many fabulous Garden City SummerTimes events
delivered by the Christchurch City Council Community and Recreation
Advisers.
