Latest new design for the Latimer Hotel
Opening in early 2013, the Latimer Hotel is to be an entirely
new property on the same site in Latimer Square.
The focus of the environmentally-friendly hotel will be on
providing the latest technology and design features, coupled with
excellence service to provide a first class hotel experience. Peter
Knight, one of the hotel owners, says the hotel will offer "five
star facilities at four star prices".
The new restaurant "30" will include an a la carte dining area,
merging into an informal dining and lounge area, with a designated
bar area. A new drawcard will be a dining area on the
terraces overlooking Latimer Square.
The 137-room property will include eight functions rooms of
various sizes to cater for a range of conferences and events. The
spaces can be merged to form the 390 sq.m Canterbury Room; the
flagship of the Latimer Hotel's conference venues. Peter Knight
says this large exhibition room will easily handle the requirements
of the larger groups and events, incorporating the latest audio and
visual technology.
