& Incentives New Zealand, offer support funding through the
Christchurch Convention Loan Scheme and Conference Assistance
Programme.

Would you like to present a bid to host an international
conference here in Christchurch, New Zealand but are not sure where
to begin? The Conference Assistance Programme (CAP) has been
developed to help you.
Sometimes bidding for an international conference is not an easy
task. CINZ can provide the expertise and support needed to
maximise the chances of your association or organisation winning
the bid to host your next available international conference in
Christchurch, New Zealand.
The CAP Programme is available to all associations and
organisations that are in a position to bid for an international
conference and have the desire to step forward and bring the
conference home to New Zealand. The CAP Programme has been designed
to assist you with such services as:
- Providing a financial feasibility study of the conference, if
required
- Production of customised bid documents
- Assistance with strategic marketing designed to enhance the
chances of winning the conference
- Assistance with air travel to present the bid
