In Christchurch Apex has two branch locations. One located in
the CBD, and the other located close-by Christchurch International
Airport.

Apex has 14 city and airport branches located throughout New Zealand at Auckland, Wellington, Picton, Blenheim, Nelson, Christchurch, Greymouth and Queenstown. If some of your conference delegates are planning an extended self drive holiday of New Zealand (eg Flying into Auckland and departing from Christchurch) then organising their vehicle through Apex will save them a considerable amount of money, as Apex pays the full cost of taking their rental car on the Interislander Ferry between Wellington and Picton.
Duration
All Apex vehicles are bookable online on an Instant Confirmation basis. During Peak season availability is often very limited and so minimum hire periods apply. Outside Peak periods vehicles can be booked for as little as 1 day, although to get the best possible rate, it is generally necessary to hire the vehicle for at least 4 days or more.
We Provide
When customers hire from Apex Rentals there are no hidden cost. All rates include GST, unlimited kilometres and insurance. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) cover is available to reduce the standard insurance excess form $1,000 to zero.
Transport
Apex offers a wide selection of vehicle classes, most of which are “model specific”. This means that, unlike most other rental car companies, customers know the exact age and model of the vehicle that they book.
Restrictions
The minimum age to hire an Apex Rental Car is 21 years.
Apex requests that customers do not smoke in their rental vehicles
Price Range
Customers can rent an Apex “budget class” vehicle for as little as $45/day. Larger and “premium class” vehicles are generally priced from $65-$115/day
Pick-up Drop-off
Apex offers a complimentary pickup service for all customers that are staying in accommodation located within a 5KM radius of the Christchurch CBD.
For customers that are arriving by air, Apex offers a complimentary shuttle service from both the International and Domestic terminals to its Airport branch.

Apex offers a wide selection of small to large vehicles to suit the needs of not only singles and couples, but also larger families and groups of up to 8 people.
