Event Impressions was fortunate to have escaped major damage damage from the Christchurch earthquake and is fully operational.

Over the past decade, Event Impressions has become recognised as one of New Zealand's leading creators and organisers of innovative and memorable events. From large corporate occasions to small personal celebrations, each one of our creations is unique.

Our passion is for creating stylish events with impact, whether indoor or outside, large or small creating a 'WOW' factor for our clients. Our talented event design team have over three decades of combined experience and can transform any venue into a work of artistry.

Event Impressions is proudly New Zealand owned and operated and with offices in both the North and South Islands, we are the first event theming business to provide a nationwide service.
Under the Event Impressions banner are two arms of the business being Event Impressions Concept and Design and DiY Events.
• Event Impressions Concept and Design
This is where we take the original theme concept from a client and transform it into reality. We look after the whole concept from start to finish including design, set-up, and pack down. This often involves the addition of lighting, furniture, and bar features to create additional impact.
• DiY Events
This is our internet based hire service offering modern and high quality products for those clients wanting to set-up and design an event concept themselves. These products largely include specialty linen items such as lycra chair covers, tablecloths, table centerpieces and other easily transportable accessories.
