Bessie is all about meat!
Their specialty is dry aged meat which they do in-house and then finish on a custom charcoal oven from Spain (that sits at a searing 450 degree Celsius). This creates a unique flavour of meat. Their menu showcases top graded cuts of meat from nose to tail - so their is something to tickle everyone taste-buds.
Bessies specialty cut is their signature dry aged 600 gram T-Bone steak. A must try for any meat lover!
