There's nothing like a great brunch to start the day off right! Here's a small sample of some of the amazing brunch spots just waiting to be sampled in Christchurch.

Supreme Supreme

Having roasted their own beans since 1993, Supreme Supreme certainly know their stuff! The cool diner like surrounds with hints of Scandinavian

10 Welles Street

Hello Sunday

Hello Sunday is always a go to! Situated near the Colombo in a cute 18th century building which started it’s life as a post office, then a church you’ll now find treats and coffee aplenty. Our favourite brunch items include the Smashed Avocado (the beetroot hummus and goats curd take this to the next level) and it's hard to go past the Egg Benny with Akaroa Smoked Salmon.

6 Elgin Street

Caffeine Laboratory

Situated on iconic New Regent Street, Caffeine Lab serves up seriously good food and coffee. The perfect place to enjoy brunch outside and watch the tram roll by. Eggs with avo and pistachio dukkah? Yes please.

Addington Coffee Co-op

In the heart of Addington village, this bustling cafe has something for everyone. Find a cosy spot to grab a quick coffee, or set up camp at one of the long tables and enjoy the vibrant surrounds while enjoying a fresh pastry or one of the impeccably presented breakfasts. Committed to only using Fair Trade coffee, the cafe and roastery has the perfect ambiance with plenty of natural light to sit and enjoy your coffee.

297 Lincoln Road

Unknown Chapter

Unknown Chapter is housed in a sleek steel warehouse. Huge glass windows frame the industrial space and the ceiling is adorned with beautiful trailing plants and foliage. The glass trend continues amongst the counter top which is bursting with breakfast and brunch dishes. The huge coffee roaster sits gleaming at the back of the space and overlooks the main prize, bagels, pulled pork flatbread, eggs done your way, souvlaki and a weighty list of milkshakes to tickle your fancy.
