Petes Farmstay offers you two types of accommodation. The House
itself has 3 bedrooms. The cottage is self-contained, with two
bedrooms,a large lounge, kitchen, private deck and great views of
the animals and mountains.
Let Pete take you on a tour of the farm, watch his dogs round up
the sheep before showing you how to shear one. Then enjoy a good
ole kiwi BBQ and maybe a glass of wine. Sit back and enjoy a meal
and see some of the best skies in the world for stargazing before
retiring to your room. Enjoy great views of the mountains and
countryside from the new house and cottage while taking in the
peacefulness and quietness of the area. Children welcome. Gaye can
also pick you up from Christchurch International or Domestic
Airport if you need a ride. It is also a great place to base
yourself for day trips to Christchurch, Hanmer Springs , Kaikoura,
